More Investments Homes in Carson Valley & Tahoe
After the past few month of nothing new showing up on the Investment side of our market, I strolled through the MLS this morning to see a few new listings that caught my eye from an investment stand point! FINALLY! Rates have gone up slightly over the last few months but there are still plenty of great loan programs out there for buyers, especially first time buyers.
